In the field of civil litigation Mr. Augustine has experience
with respect to mortgage litigation, commercial disputes and
environmental law.
In the field of family law Mr. Augustine has a wide range
of experience including litigation of contested issues of
custody, access, child support, spousal support and property
division. He is also frequently involved in the non-litigious
resolution of matrimonial issues by way of separation agreements,
marriage contracts and other domestic agreements.
