S. Spiteri
practices in the areas of civil
litigation, corporate and commercial
law, and real estate.
Mr. Spiteri's work involves resolution of contractual disputes,
drafting
agreements for partners and shareholders as well as corporate
restructuring and organization. Mr. Spiteri also works extensively
in the area of collections and debt recovery.
Mr. Spiteri has a special interest in corporate
commercial law, as he is active in his own businesses, one
of which develops interactive internet technology. Mr. Spiteri represents
a number of local companies, including start ups.
Mr. Spiteri
is versed in matters of public and private long term disability
coverage. Mr. Spiteri has served as a Chairman of the Canada Pension
Plan Review Tribunal for several years, has been active with
the OCRT Panel Member Task Force on CPP and Private Insurance,
and has presented before the House of Commons Sub-Committee
on the Status of Persons with Disabilities.
